Review: Needs Better Parking and Customer Service

I recently visited this store on a Saturday to pick up some meats, and I was very disappointed with the parking situation and how the staff handled a conflict.

When I arrived, I parked in front of the store. The parking spaces were completely covered with fallen leaves, making it difficult to see any lines or signs indicating reserved spots. My wife and I went inside and were waiting for service when a neighboring business owner suddenly came into the store and began yelling, demanding that I move my car. It turned out that I had unknowingly parked in his “reserved” spot — something that wasn’t clear at all because of the leaves and lack of visible signage.

I immediately went outside to move my car, but the man continued to shout, insisting that no one could ever park there. I tried to explain that I couldn’t tell it was reserved and that I was only there for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, other cars parked in front of the store weren’t even customer vehicles, leaving no space for actual shoppers.

What disappointed me most was that none of the store staff stepped in to de-escalate the situation or even politely ask me to move my car. They simply watched as the neighbor yelled. It felt like they either couldn’t communicate clearly in English or were afraid to speak up.

Purchased their Frozen Berkshire Pork Kurobuta Gyoza (300g, 12pcs) (@ $9 per pack) - I would give 3.5 stars to the Gyozas. They tasted okay but not impressive at all.
