I was at wah shang Sunday May 5, 2019 around 4:20 PM, to return beef tendon that I bought 30 minutes ago, because my children dont eat tendon, your staff talking over her mobile phone said to me go to the meat guy, so I did, then the meat guy ask me to go back to her, I said to him, she ask me to come to you, what kind of service is this, then this skinny old meat guy ask why am I returning, I said because my kids dont eat those, and he said why did I buy them, I said that's why next time i will not buy, because i know already, my point is tell your staff not to ARROGANT. Same time, I wanted to buy Chinese sausage, I was near the veggie section, so I ask the young lady with eyeglasses ,do you have Chinese sausage, she was so rude and said, I am with veggies section, you are asking for Chinese sausage go to the meat section and ask, all she can say nicely is, can you please ask the meat section, not to be RUDE AND ARROGANT. as if they are not happy to work. Ask them to always have a pleasant face. I think we have the right to return especially within 30 minutes with that kind of question ask. IS THIS THE RIGHT WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? I realize that moving the items UP from the basket from the left, to the scanner, to the bag, does take a bit of extra time, but really it is a nice and common customer service practice that this cashier failed to help with. All the while there was no friendly or welcoming...
Read moreThis afternoon after shopping at Langley farm but forgot to get the mixed balls for noodle so drove to a closer place; Wah Shang. I was hoping to find the same kind like the one I saw in Langley but could not so walked around the freezer a few times and stopped at the freezer next to the butcher. I could feel that a worker was following me and he stood beside me and stared at me and my handbag.. Very likely he suspected I was a fish ball theft😂. I pretended I did not notice him and bagged a few fish balls and white tiger prawns and walked to the cashier to pay and left. That would be my last time ever to this store. Be nice to your customer or you will lose more...
