On April 30th, around 8 o'clock, my experience at the Body Shop in Richmond Center was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Upon entering the store, there was no sales representative available on the floor, leaving us to browse aimlessly. When we finally managed to get assistance, the attitude of the staff member was disheartening; there was no smile or apology for the wait. Our inquiries about promotions were met with a dismissive response, leaving us feeling uninformed and unattended to. This lack of customer service was evident throughout our visit, as the staff member quickly retreated back inside without addressing any further questions or offering assistance. As a result of this disappointing encounter, we have decided not to return to this location. Read moreI really love their products, they’re very good quality. However, my experience at the Richmond Centre location in Vancouver wasn’t great. The customer service made me feel uncomfortable, the staff kept following me and pushing products even after I said I was just browsing. I didn’t feel like I had any space to shop on my own. After I made a purchase, the employee even asked again what payment I used, which made me feel like I was being suspected of something. I was just buying a gift for my mother. I hope the store can improve the shopping experience because I truly do like this brand.

Do to this it is hard for her to go in store to get a particular product she is looking for. The website for this company is currently undergoing online maintenance so she cannot look up the product online either.
