Horrible customer service. Waited around for 10 minutes as there were 3 other customers. Then someone noticed me and said "Be with you in a minute, sir." Went to browse for another 10 minutes and then noticed another person who had been helping customers that wasn't busy, Sandeep, the manager. He told me he had opened the store at 9am (It was 10:30, so not sure what he meant) and that there was a lot to do and I should feel free to come back later. He was very dismissive, and said he would have to look up the prices... isn't that his job? Was about to sign up for an expensive plan with an apple series 4 cell phone smartwatch, and buy a phone and watch (if they had it).    Read moreTalking sales under pressure ..the employee that day he had what he called a deal for me on a phone i would of wanted to get..but at the end of it ,the specific phone i was interested in was not of a deal(i knew because i experiment in the past deals with other phone provider on the same made phone)..anyway the deal he had for me was to last only for that actual day and a few hours ahead so i had to decide if was going for the deal right away then i had to go right away at my bank for a preotorised payement on the phone so i tought "what a nonr sense..it start to sounds like a scam from a passing by phone saler at Rogers".I left and thought i do not want to deal with Rogers ....
