I went to purchase a bed frame and found one on clearance. When I brought it home it is clearly missing hardware (nothing but loose fitting dowels to connect each corner of the bed) and had no instructions . The first service rep told me that the bed was held together by these loose fitting dowels and that they contacted the supplier for instructions ( the instructions are on the Leon’s website which featured the missing L, bracket connectors.) I called a second rep who ended up giving me two options, I could pay $50 and have someone come put it together ( which makes no sense because they don’t have the hardware to put it together anyways) or a refund. There was 0 effort by Leon’s to solve the problem. Their idea of customer service is to sell non functional products and then ask for another $50 to somehow magically...

When contacting Leon’s they weren’t very apologetic or flexible with providing the correct item for delivery within the same week. This furniture piece was never removed from the delivery truck in our driveway. When we went into the store to discuss the issue the salesman picked up the phone in front of us to phone the warehouse to confirm that the item was returned. It was a little rude to question our integrity in front of us especially when their delivery men never removed it...
Read moreWent into the outlet to see about dining chairs, employee followed me upstairs and asked if he could help me, I told him I would like to just look by myself and he insisted on staying with me, I told him there’s nothing that will get me out of the store quicker then someone shadowing me. He got upset and said “well tell yeah what, you can’t buy anything here self serve so good luck with that” and left. There is nothing worse then the Leon’s employees following you around the store when you walk in, you tell them you’d like to look by yourself and they still follow you.
