Had the best experience the other day & that is all thanks to Lilli! Pseudio was the 5th store I went to looking for a dress for my cousins prom & I can say customer service is not how it use to be. I say this from experience since I worked at pseudio years ago when it was in Brunswick Square & even covered shifts at McAllister Place. I even worked as Assistant Manager at their sister company Samuel & Co. All the stores I visit the other day their staff were cold & unwelcoming. Towards the end I was about to give up, but decided to go into Pseudio & I was very happy to have such a warm welcome from Lilli. Such a pleasant young lady who I can guarantee will go very far in life & reminded me a lot of myself at that age & I now work at a Lawyer firm. Hannah was such a great help today, I haven’t had customer service that good in so long, so it was very refreshing! She really genuinely took the time to get to know what I like, what my style is and even added some nice shirts to my fitting room before I got there! She was so friendly and made my shopping experience comfortable and enjoyable. I came in with my hands full and she offered to put my things behind the cash, guaranteeing they would be safe. And when my hands were getting full with things I wanted to try on, she was quick to get them off my hands and into my fitting room!...

On Thursday evening, June 6, I went through all the clothing stores. Only one store employee in all the stores greeted me within seconds. This employee was extremely pleasant, informative and very professional! That employee deserves to be recognized for her exceptional service. Didn’t get her last name but her first name was Grace.
