First visit to Pizza Delight on Westmoreland Rd was a HUGE disappointment. Customer service can definitely make or break a restaurant, that's for sure.
We chose the buffet and were there as it was supposed to be starting. We waited 30-45 minutes for food to be put out, and once it was, there wasn't enough for the amount of customers waiting. The quality was poor, the was no selection at all and I didn't get a chance to take pictures because we were so hungry we just eat what we could, as soon as we could. We also ended up going 15 minutes without our free-refill fountain drinks being refilled. The waitress looked at our empty cups numerous times and even asked the couple who joined us if they wanted more water but ignored us. To top off our visit, the debit machine didnt process our payment and they yelled to us across the restuarant that our card declined... even if it had, that's NOT something you yell for everybody to hear. We went back to smirking waitresses and paid.
We will NOT be going back. If I could I would...
Read moreAte here a couple of times over last few months as a quick lunch stop. Staff is friendly but price for the quality and quantity of what you get is atrocious. Pizza is stale. Garlic fingers never have enough cheese on them, resulting in the cheese being crispy or completely melted off. Pizza slices never have enough toppings on them. Staff clearly doesn't put enough toppings on them because of a mandate by the owner I assume. Stay away. For $12 for a slice of stale pizza, half order of garlic fingers and a shot glass sized cup of pop, you're better to just get Little Caesar's across the street.
Edit: Edited down to One star because owner personally contacted me and asked me to give them my email and phone number so they could contact me to learn more and make right. I gave them both three weeks ago but never heard from them. They ghosted me faster than a high...
Read moreQuick service franchise lunch of poor quality and poor value for dollar. "Super" donair & side of garlic fingers, no drink 11$ borderline edible. After a bit of a wait served a donair smeared in a half inch of sauce, hiding sparse meat and semi-fresh vegetables and a shell that was overcooked to the point where it was difficult to cut with plastic utensils. After scraping the sauce to side, dipped the garlic fingers in it to find that they were doughy and undercooked. Wouldn't complain if it was 5-6$ but think of what you can get at any of the other food court places for 12$ (really nice special at mother natures, or a pretty decent fast food burger at A&W) and it shows the poor quality of the pizza delight franchise, 12$ should buy you a decent lunch. An extra star because the staff was polite and its not their fault the food they're asked to serve...
