If possible I would give Zero Stars...Absolutely horrendous!! We placed an online order for pick up. At pick up time it was total chaos. The order was a mess, the fried CF rice was old, with nothing in it! We were missing particular entree … I called about the missing entree and was immediately yelled at by the employee that I was lying because she specifically remembered putting that entree in. I reviewed the whole order item by item and restated that the item had not been included. I also went back to the location to speak in person to the employee. She refused to speak to me and the other 2 employees laughed in my face! This behaviour far outweighs the point of the missing 15$ entree in an 80$ order..This lack of customer service and just common decency reflects on the ownership and management. How is this location still running with such poor, low level employee standards. I will never support this business again based solely on the inept employee standard. Boycott...

I ordered fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, salt and pepper pork and chicken balls. #1, fried rice was soggy and tasteless. It was just rice and no egg what kind of fried rice was that. #2- the sweet and sour chicken was only sour not even sweet, #3 the salt and pepper pork didnt even tasted like pork. Only tasted like fried dough. And lastly the chicken balls was horrendous. Needless to say, this will be the 1st and last time i ever order and eat at this place. Only had couple of bites and threw it all out. Please hire better cook because $20 for all that...

Where do I start...wow..horrible. The rice was basically soy sauce soup with rice,the chicken balls were hard as bricks,the sauce was soo sweet it had no sour,the ribs were all bone,the peper chicken were basically small rocks with 0 peper flavor only old grease,the egg roll was definitely made 6 hours earlier and the filling sucked. I'm.bmown away at how bad this was.. and for 3 combo..$24 DO NOT WASTE YOUR...
