Pizza Salvatore — Restaurant in Saint John

Went in to order a special I found online. The clerk tells me that I can't order that with her, I need to go outside and order it online. So, I go out into the cold and order it online after spending 10 minutes signing up. The website asks me for a tip, which I put to $0, as I have not even SEEN my food yet, and the clerk wouldn't even take my order, so I had to do that myself. After I finish the page, it comes up with a popup saying "You set the tip to $0. You could really brighten our team member's day if you included a tip." I set it to $0. What am I tipping for? I have not even seen my food yet, nor even been provided any service other than being told basically to order it myself. I'm already paying $65 for my order, you would think a business would be grateful that people are patronizing it without trying to forcibly pandhandle from them. So, after the allotted time I go in to grab my order. Well, the clerk has no idea where it is, what it is, and has to look on my phone to see the order. I'm told to come back in 15 minutes and it'll be ready. I come back in 15 minutes and get my food, where I'm AGAIN asked for a tip. FOUR times I'm asked for a tip and I haven't even tried my food yet.... which I had to order it myself AND was 15 minutes late because they screwed it up.

I'm thinking you better have some REALLLLLLLLY GOOD pizza after all of this .... Plot twist: It wasn't. It's the same as every other chain's pizza. Literally the only thing that stood out about the whole experience was how frustrating it was to actually try and give this business my money, only for them to sit there and beg and beg and beg for more. Locations Pizza is great based on last time i had it, Friendly staff whenever i go in and their boneless bites USE to be good which is why i liked coming here.

I ordered boneless bites for the first time this month and this location changed the boneless bites but kept the picture on the website that of the old style ones which is false advertising, the new boneless bites are SOOO layered in grease the boneless bites are almost red in color. I ate about 4 boneless bites and within 10 minutes my stomach was turning and it took everything i had to stop/hold myself from being physically sick.

The staff are still friendly and pizza is still great based on last time i had it but i will think twice about ordering from here in the future, if this location is going to serve HORRID food like the new boneless bites and false advertise their website showing the old ones i don't know if i can trust this...

First let me say, I am not one to review unless i am blown away or very disappointed. I found Pizza Salvatore while going to my bank BMO. The staff were friendly and the food was fantastic! I have since ordered delivery a few times and I have to say, the food is still fantastic and never waivers! However, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The service I have received on EVERY occasion has been second to none! To say that Pizza Salvatore cares about it's customer would be an understatement at best. I will continue to order from Pizza Salvatore and urge anyone who hasn't to get moving and do so! This level of customer service is rare...
