I stood behind a lady and her two children being served. A young guy came out of the kitchen and took the lady who just came to the end of the counter. I didn't say anything because I thought the lady who finished serving the customer in front will serve me. She was loading the subs for the young guy's customer and then took the till. She looked at me and said I had to go to the end of the counter. As she said that, another customer, came along was getting served by the young guy. I told her I was right after the lady with the two kids and other customers have gotten served before me. She asked what I wanted. I said, a 6 inch chicken bacon peppercorn ranch. She asked "white"? I replied "yes". She said something to me and I asked her to repeat herself. She told me to move over,in front of the counter, to pick out what I wanted on my sub. I did. There was a 6 inch with cold cuts and a footlong next to it. When she asked what I wanted on it, I replied "that doesn't look like chicken". She said "you asked for cold cut." I replied "no, I did not". Being hungry and diabetic, I said "I'll take it anyways". I took a chocolate milk with it. I was so disappointed with my service. From not getting what my heart was set on.. to her not having good listening skills. She should also, repeat what the customer orders so that mistakes can be caught. She even let me know that I was incorrect, and told me I ordered "cold cut". The sub was good, but I certainly will not, go back to that Subway again. There are other eateries in the foodcourt to choose from. That Subway.......
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Subway outlet today. The staff member who served us was extremely rude and unprofessional right from the beginning. While we were placing our order, she spoke to us in a very dismissive and impatient tone, not even listening properly to our preferences regarding toppings, sauces, and bread.
When we asked for our sub to be grilled, she refused, claiming that the sauces made it too messy, despite us suggesting multiple solutions like using foil or reducing the excess sauces. Instead of trying to help, she kept arguing with us and eventually refused to grill it or make a fresh one.
When we requested a refund, she told us refunds were not an option and rudely asked us to leave the store if we didn’t want the order. The entire interaction felt very disrespectful and unwelcoming.
Customer service like this is completely unacceptable, and I hope the management takes note and addresses this behavior seriously. A little courtesy and basic professionalism...
