I am blown away by the amazing service I received at Savoy's. My fiance had gotten my engagement ring at a different jeweller and I struggled for a YEAR looking for a wedding band that went with it. Everything I had tried on was either too thick/thin of a band, didn't sit the same height as my engagement ring, the diamonds didn't line up, or wasn't rose gold. It didn't help that my engagement ring also has a slight curve to it so straight bands looked off and curved bands were too curved. Until I went to Savoy's. Jessica at Savoy's helped me try on rings in the store before suggesting getting a custom ring. I was hesitant since I didn't like anything I tried on I was worried about committing to a custom ring only to not like it. Jessica corresponded with me over the span of 3 months through email answering all my questions, and even offering other suggestions outside a custom ring. I ended up making a last minute decision with only 4 weeks to my wedding I ordered a custom ring. They were confident they could get it to me in time and they did with a week to spare!!
