Went to this place on Saturday late afternoon to look for a jumpsuit, sadly they do not have any in-stock. I was looking for a cocktail outfit for an event (cocktail attire required), so I decided to leave the store and look at other stores inside the mall. I came back as I found nothing everywhere else and thinking to find any outfits that can be worn whether day or night (still same cocktail attire) and I just know they will have an outfit perfect for my petite frame (I am 4'9"). I went back in and was mulling over a skirt I was holding when a staff person approached and asked if I need any help. As I can't think of any ideas (party is held next day) I asked her for an advice. Thank goodness I did as she recommended an outfit that looks incredible together with a matching accessory (belt) and mentioned it would go well with leather brown booties (it really did btw) I was planning to wear and also gave me some tips on what else can go along with the outfit. She was great and friendly enough (not the in-your-face friendly kind jsyk). I'm a little bit miffed as I forgot to ask her name but truly thank you nonetheless. The outfit I bought and worn (next day) was a black above the knee (just a touch), long-sleeved dress that's somewhat frilly(?) and a gold-buckle black belt. It's not over-the-top or underrated, nor a body-hugging type. You could say the outfit can give you the understated classy look. Really appreciate the assistance and tips miss staff (so sorry I never got to ask...
Read moreI had stopped at this location on Tuesday because I had an interview around stc but I was early and wanted to kill some time, when I came into Aritzia i as not greeted by anyone i was looking around at first and started to pick up a few items to try on, a short brown lady was then eyeing me and following me around, Iâm going to assume that was the manger i then called her over for some help because my sister had wanted a jacket I was looking at quite a few anyway i ended up being the jacket my sister had wanted, then i went into the change room with the clothing items I wanted to try on for myself there was a caucasian woman bothering me every 5 seconds it forcefully felt like harassment i then came out to look at the fit and she was standing right beside me telling me how good it looks, and i told her it wasnât my size she then followed me back into the change room and asked what size do I have in there (she opened the curtains herself) it was like she was looking for something, I donât care to racial profiled by these ignorant people but what she did was unsettling and disturbing. I gave her the set and the other few items I had tried on except the one set I had liked, I paid for that as well and left, you guys donât know how to treat your customers which is nasty for you guys!...
Read moreTHIS LOCATION CLAIMS TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THEIR SERVICE SKILLS ARE GARBAGE. Not sure why some of the staff here are so miserable and stuck up, no one forced them to work at this store, so for them to be taking it out on customers is highly unprofessional. I had an awful experience today with a rude cashier. The girl had short dark brown hair & red nails. When I came to cash, I realized the price too high for the blanket scarf I was purchasing so I asked her if I could quickly grab the smaller version. She said yeah you can do that but you would have to get back in line all over again. (Keep in mind the table with all the scarves and blanket scarves was right behind the me) it would take max 4 steps to get to the table from where the cash register was. She said then go grab it with a nasty tone of voice while giving me a dirty look. Why would I go all the way back in line for something I could quickly grab thatâs right behind me, and itâs not even like I took my precious time, took less then a minute to grab the small version of that blanket scarf.. the staff here need to fix their attitude & act their wage instead of acting like they own the...
