Extremely rude staff. If you wish to feel belittled and made to feel you can't afford the furniture, then this is the place. Rather I will say this was the sense we got from two of the staff and 1 immensely worse than the other. When we asked one vested gentleman the price of a wall hanging, he looked at us like, if you have to ask, you probably can't afford it. The thing HE did not understand is the economics of shopping when you don't know what you want. I know what I don't want and am not sure what I want. When I see what I want, it will not matter what it costs because there is SOOOOO much choice out there that if I am fortunate to find it, I will buy it. BUT if I see something 'that will do' or is something I can live with because I will never find what I want, I want to know if I agree with its value.
The other lady, Giovanna, was just downright rude. I'm sure with your employee discount your abode is well appointed. IT does not mean you have to right to judge shoppers by traditional standards given the amount of 'internet money' and 'asian immigrant' money out there, LADY, (i use that term loosely), you need to adjust your lens as to whom deserves your courtesy. She was aloof, curt and all but dismissed our presence except to rudely insinuate we couldn't afford their wares.
Do not shop here if you don't want to punch a sales person in the face out of frustration. I recommend Elte or Urban Barn or Industrial Living or Patterson Furniture or GUS or CB2. Believe you me, we recently bought a large house and had to refurnish it and we've seen all sorts. Much nicer...

Excellent product. Well, over time the glides on each drawer began to wear and event stated to fall apart. I thought the bed was a write-off but decided to check-in with Casalife to see if they had any suggestions on what could be done.
I sent an email to explain my situation and promptly received a courteous reply from Bryan, the General Manager. Instead of saying he couldnāt do anything , Bryan referred me to his colleague Trina, Casalifeās Customer Service Manager. Trina proceeded to let me know what could be done. Her team managed to find two replacement glides in their warehouse (I needed 8), and Trina herself then sourced the remaining 6 I needed, and quickly.
The after sales service, so long after my purchase, was outstanding and reaffirmed to me the value in supporting local business and buying quality merchandise. Trinaās communication and service-orientation skills are outstanding. I also had the pleasure to meet Cesar, Casalifeās service technician who came to my home to install the new glides, quickly and efficiently. Cesar also let me know how I could maintain them going forward to ensure that they last. From Bryan to Trina to Cesar, I was blow away by Casalifeās customer service.
