went to the drive through to order a coffee, bagel with 2 eggs and a donut. Greeted at the screen, i started the order and began with the coffee. As i was asking for the second item, the girl interrupted me, saying, "ok coffee- that's it. Drive up" Told her I wasn't done ordering and immediately hit with "ok then what else", nearly cutting me off again. anyways, I asked for an everything bagel with 2 eggs, no cheese. She seemed very confused and asked me "what?" I repeated myself again, twice, clearly as possible. response, "what??" I asked if they had an egg sandwich with a bagel, she responded, "oh ya, egg and cheese, drive up". I said, "yes, but no cheese, and please add an extra egg" then, before I could ask for a donut, "drive up". Then I see on the screen a coffee, and two single order egg and cheese bagel sandwiches. I told her the order was wrong, and described what I wanted, for maybe the 5th time. Then a different girl spoke via screen, asked what I wanted, which I repeated, AGAIN, and was told to drive up. I stated that the screen was still wrong, showing incorrect orders. She told me to drive up anyways. Mind you, I'm the ONLY person in the drive through. Nobody in front or behind me.
I drive up, the girl is holding the debit machine and pointing it at me before I could even speak. I ask what the order was, she said two bagel and egg sandwiches.
At this point i shake my head, and repeat what I wanted, AGAIN. She looked confused, and said that's what's in the bag, two sandwiches. Now the incompetence is pretty shocking. I'm annoyed, and I speak real slow. "1 bagel. two eggs inside the bagel. that's it! This isnt rocket science".
She replies with; wait for it... "ya- so what's the bread then? two". With her rude face. As if she's not trying to prove me wrong somehow.
omfg.. I guess she thought the top and bottom of the cut bagel were two sandwiches.
I'm nearing laughing with frustration at this point, and say; "I just want ONE bagel, with TWO eggs in it. Why is this so difficult"""?
And with the most attitude, she removed one wrapped bagel from the bag, hands me the coffee and bag containing the bagel/egg sandwich, sticks the debit machine back at me, has the dirtiest look on her face as I pay and drive off.
I didn't even get to order everything I wanted. I just wanted to get the hell out of there.
Tim Horton's has really gone down the toilet, especially this location. Shockingly bad.
The sandwich itself looked like she sat on it, and I didn't drink the coffee, as I wouldn't have been surprised if she, or someone spat in it. With the horrible attitude and service,...
Read moreI never make reviews but this one is absolutely deserved. This is one of the worst locations I have ever been to. The first time I went there I ordered a farmers wrap with no egg when I got to work and started eating the wrap had NO SAUCE. The 2nd time I went back I asked the guy at the register for no egg extra bacon extra hash brown. I also asked him to please make sure the staff put the sauce because the last time I ordered there was no sauce, he barely even acknowledged what I had said, instead he told me, “they will put it.” And proceeded with the order. When the order was coming out the lady said no cheese I had told her I said no egg, I want cheese, he then choose to interject and argue with me that I said no cheese, when my colleagues right behind me had heard me say “no egg.” My colleague had ordered a BLT they gave her the BLT on a DRY BAGEL. When she asked for mayo or butter and even offered to pay if it’s extra he argued with her telling her that a BLT doesn’t come with mayo or butter. Why is that you can speak up when you made the order wrong but can’t inform the staff to make sure that there’s sauce in it? When I returned the third time which is this morning I ordered an ice cap, I thought the Color was off but didn't pay it no mind, when I got to work the ice cap tasted like over-creamed watered down ice coffee, I’m absolutely sure that it wasn’t a ice cap by proper recipe. Save your money and go to another location or order something else because this tims will ruin your day. The customer service...
Read moreTerrible drive-through service...has me questioning their hygine practices as well. * In short - they may be putting items back for resale if they get an order wrong.* The long - My order of a cheese croissant, chocolate croissant and a tea had to be repeated twice and then was processed wrong - I got two chocolate, no cheese - which I relaised while getting onto the Gardiner Expwy. I retuned to get my cheese croissant and again had to repeat myself. I get to the window and am told to give the bag over so the worker can take back one of the chocolate and replace it. I state that I need a new chocolate as well because I don't want their hand in my bag. I have already touched them both so they need to be thrown out. They respond that it would waste two crosissants. They are holding my cheese croissant hostage until I return one of the chocolate croissants so they can dispose of it. I school hime on proper hospitality and food hygine practices - I work in the industry as well - they conceed to give me a napkin so I can remove one of the croissants and make an exchange. I will be avoiding this location...
