Apparently the changing of the roof colour from red to black was done to mourn the death of customer service at this location.
Among other issues, our dinners came out roughly 45 minutes after ordering!!!
After a while waiting we followed up with our order to be told "when it's ready I'll bring it".
Clearly, being a small family of 3 ordering the 2 for 1 special and kids meal, we were definitely seen as low priority, as the priority clearly went to the coach bus full of people who arrived after us, and probably after we placed our order. This priority was made obvious to us when we were told they have a party (the coach bus) they have to look after/feed, despite them arriving and ordering after we did. As if we were less worthy of getting service.
Apparently, they got their speed back after, as a couple who came and ordered 30 min after we did, got their food shortly after us.
This fact was hammered home when the server brought us the payment terminal and bill before we were finished our meals, without asking my daughter's kids meal dessert choice (we had to ask), and without giving the opportunity to order dessert and coffee as originally intended.
We never had a chance to get a takeout container, nor pick a toy from the chest for our daughter, as the server never came back to the table, she set the amount in the terminal, and disappeared, leaving the terminal there until after we left.
It is such a shame, as we have only had good experiences at this location. The servers have always been amazing and welcoming, even when the food isn't 100%. Tonight, the food was prepared to perfection, unfortunately the service ruined it.
The manager comp'd the food, however it is far from sufficient to offset the disgust from the service...

I've tried them now 4 times as they are the closest to me and I will never go back there again. I'll spend the extra couple bucks on gas to get to a better location. Head office should send quality control to this location. Good riddance I hope you go out of business to save other ppl from a terrible experience and poor quality of a good food chain. The food took 30 minutes to become ready on a pickup order and they told me they cannot enter my scene card I have to go online and do it myself. Ive attached a picture of the poutin I got first time getting from this location you see how they put the sauce container in with the fries so the can cut back on the amount of fries they give the fry amount should be the same as just the regular fries side but this is clearly not the same amount and oh yea they added 2.00 for that garbage amount of cheese. Read moreOrdered online for my department 2 days in advance for our Christmas lunch, went today curbside pick up with my baby in the car and the manager said they don’t have my order. Apparently, customer service cancelled my order without informing me. Yes, there were two orders because I couldn’t edit my first order online, I had to cancel and redo my order over again for the second time online. I called customer service to cancel my first order and made sure not to cancel my second order. So the day of the order both orders were cancelled. So, customer service called me on the phone while on curbside and asked me to reorder again for the third time now over the phone. Manager of the Queensway location didn’t apologize to me for their mistake and asked a server to deliver my orders in the car instead. This is so disappointing… I had to place my order 3 times.. people here are so unprofessional.. I don’t think they know what they are doing.. I cannot recommend this store to anyone.. bad...
