The doctors are amazing ! They are quick , thorough, knowledgeable people.

BUT! It’s the two female receptionist that are the problem. They don’t know how to do their job , they’re rude and not understanding.

They love to say they aren’t authorized to do things but They are known to lose bloodwork, urine and mix up files. They can’t even answer emails.

I’ve gotten two separate call backs from them saying I’m fine while the doctor had to call back and tell me otherwise days later.

August 22nd, I had someone call the clinic to see what time they close, she said they stop taking walkins at 5:45, Upon arrival to switch the medication that was given (wrong meds), I got told to leave because the receptionist wants to go home, she refused to let me talk to the doctor , laughed at me when I said “what if I took this and something happened to me” and told me to speak to the Pharmacy. It wasn’t even 5:45 yet.

Most of the time when I go to this clinic it’s due to a call from them telling me to come in, when I ask why they called , they have to sit at the computer for 10 mins plus telling me they never did while I have proof along...

Just like everybody said in the reviews, both receptionist are rude and UNprofessional. I had the unfortunate time dealing with both receptionist.

I booked an appointment for 11am to see the doctor. The receptionist that took my appointment was making this disgusting faces towards me because of the medical condition that i want to get treated with. Like theres no such thing as being professional and non-judgemental.

When i went to my appointment the other receptionist was there. I told her how i have an appointment at 11 but the receptionist just rudely said "the doctor will come at 12" then continued looking at her computer screen. Like whats the purpose of having to book an appointment then? I would understand if they called ahead to inform me that the doctor wont make it on the appointment, rather than wasting my energy to be there and get disappointed. Or why did the other receptionist took my appointment at 11 then?

I choose to come here because of the proximity of my house to the clinic. I looked up other clinics on this neighborhood and there are plenty of places to go. Id suggest you go to those clinics othen...

Worst experience. I had knee surgery in Feb 2021. The surgeon referred by Crystal Clinic is not answered some of my questions and I shared that with my family doctor and Crystal clinic’s doctor referred me to another specialist and they got a referral refusal but never inform me after 3 months of the waiting period I call to the clinic then they inform me the referral was refused. When I ask if your responsibility to inform the patient, they start shouting and say you can change the family doctor. CARELESS CLINICS, DO NOT HAVE THE MANNERS TO HANDLE...
