Original rating 3 stars - Easy to work with them and quick service. Note that online prices are lower than in store. If I were to order again I would do the following - request that all t-shirts are the same exact style and that they are all printed on the same printer. In my order of 18 shirts I received three different versions of the women's shirts, one not particularly high quality and slightly different sizing. Half of the shirts were bright, glossy colours and the other half were like faded concert tees. Since I was ordering for specific people that wouldn't be comparing shirts this was acceptable for me but it was wasn't ideal. These two issues were not annoying enough to ask for reprints. Given that Freshly Baked Tees were the cheapest custom tees I could find and they met the deadline I would consider ordering from them again but I would be more specific in any future orders. Also note that the sizes fit VERY small - make sure you review the measurements provided. Updated to 2 stars - worked with them again Dec 2022. Very frustrating experience. They lost my order and wouldn't help me when I dropped off my shirts to be printed (learned my lesson from last time and bought my own shirts). I cannot begin to explain how obssesed I am with this company. I spent a day looking for custom t-shirt stores in the city online and the majority were not flexible with time or they did not have a compatible online user interface. The minute I stumbled upon FreshlyBakedTees I automatically started working on my order. I ordered 5 custom shirts (4 large and 1 small; all black & unisex) and not only was the quality of each shirt amazing, the pictures printed out exactly as I had put on the computer (it was shocking to see it all come to life); and the sizes were perfect as well. Furthermore the timing of it all astounded me. These shirts were a gift for my father's birthday and I needed them rushed. They had it done in ~3 days! Even the location of the store was aesthetic! Not to mention the flexibility of working on weekends and being open for a good chunk of time (I work a 9-5 & most competing companies operate between these hours so it was nice finding something outside of that). I started getting shirts made when Joe first opened the Yonge and Maitland location. So, when I joined the Collective of my softball league and we were looking to get shirts made for our members, I thought of Joe almost immediately.

After meeting with Joe, I realised that asking him to print the shirts was the right decision. That was last season. And, this season we asked Joe to print our shirts again. In fact, there is no reason for us to use another printer as long as Joe is in business.

No matter if I am asking Joe and his staff to do a personal order or one for the league, they are always courteous and friendly. And, Joe was helpful when choosing the right shirts for our members. They are unbelievably quick especially with large orders and their prices are more than reasonable. And, our members love the shirts. They are soft and lightweight, which is perfect for playing softball on a hot summer afternoon.
