I wanted to express my gratitude with a review with the team who helped me on the ice on Sunday feb 2 at around 130ish.... (I had a collision with my daughter), and I made it to the hospital. Safe. Calm. Collected. The team that day did great. I'm sorry from all the pain I forgot names (very bad ankle sprained btw) but you guys were great. The female manager that does the announcement about safety. And her 2 staff, the guy w the ipad/ glasses and the cute young man. And a really really nice older gentleman that kept the situation calm. Ty for helping me. Helping my sad daughter and mother in law with this accident. Thank you again and I hope your head office sees how lucky they are to have the right ppl in situations like that. Read moreFree to skate but you need to register ahead of time. $5 skate rentals for adults, free for kids under a specific age. Which is very affordable (helmets required for kids under 12 - first come first serve basis if your renting)

The staff are very friendly and genuinely happy.
There are bathrooms outdoors for emergencies, or you can remove your skates and head into the building behind and use their indoor bathrooms
They have art and games inside the building so there are things to do pre or post skating.
