I bought a customized charm necklace as a gift for my girlfriend and she has loved it since! while ordering I had a special request which wasn't available as an option thru the website, Kate quickly got back to me and accommodated my request.

Additionally, about a year after getting the necklace the chain unfortunately broke, so I emailed Kate to see if she offered chain repair or if not I could buy a replacement chain on its own, she quickly got back to me to confirm my shipping address and the next day a replacement chain was in the mail free of charge even though I would have happily paid for the replacement. Overall a great locally made product and outstanding customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase...

Love this collection! Found them at the OOAK last year and returned for more personal picks and gifts. I get compliments every single time I wear one of their pendants, which is always a surprise because they're SO TINY!
