The women is extremely rude, I went there to buy flowers and show one plant that I liked, which did not had price label on it. I took it to the desk and asked price she said 26$, which was expensive. I went back to see if there is anything in my budget. I noticed few other same plant with similar size marked $22. By the time I was checking other plants, she comes and hide the 3 same plant’s labelled, upon asking her she mention someone already got it when I was the only one in the store and it was only a minute. I asked her how someone booked it, she replied rudely that do you want this plant or not. She charged me $1 extra for visa on purchase of $25. When i asked where is it written, or if she would have mentioned it earlier I could have paid by debit she said its common sense and if i am new to canada or if this is the first time of buying plants, which was none to her business. I said excuse me, she mentioned she is in this store for 30 years and this is the way. It is not the way for one owner to talk to customer. If there is language barrier I get but it was not the case.

Worst place to shop. Korean woman who owns the shop is EXTREMELY RUDE and on several occasions I have witnessed her literally throw customers out of her shop just because they asked her questions! She even does not trust ANYONE with other shopping carts. Some elderly people cannot even carry their bags do prefer to carry their carts. The moment she sees them she asks to leave their already previously filled carts at the door and she never takes responsibility of those carts are stolen. I have seen a couple of times she herself removed items from these poor people’s carts! And when they question her she starts screaming and throws them out! She shotbe BAMNED from this area. She is nothing but a thief. Her children (they are grown up adults) are the most UNSOPHISTICATED people the neighbourhood have seen. I stopped going there after she sold me rotten fungus filled bread . I showed it literally 15 minutes after purchase when I noticed it in my car. She said I brought it from somewhere else. So I showed her other ones with the sane green fungus. She asked me to leave. What a joke! STAY AWAY FRLM THUS SHOP IF YOU...

The lady at the front is incredibly rude!!! I was going to purchase flowers using my credit card, before purchasing them I asked if theres an extra charge for using a credit card, she said no. I tapped my credit card and noticed a $1 charge, when I asked her why she told me there wasn't a credit card fee she said it's common sense, even though she told me there was no cc charge!!!

I told her she shouldn't lie to her customers and she told me I should have common sense.

Safe to say I'm NEVER...
