Well whomever is running this location now is running it into the ground!!!
Ordered 2 x Steak and Cheese Subs on Italian Herbs and Cheese.
The bread was doughy and under cooked.
The amount of steak was so little it wouldn't even go end to end on the six inch bread.
Asked for Light mayo and it was swimming in mayo
Asked for it toasted and the bread was so undercooked that the bread didn't even look toasted.
Requested a manager call back and the manager called and just made excuses for her staff, which is different staff than when I was there in the past. I took pictures (see below) and the manager refused to provide a refund and manager would not listen and she didn't care that I took photos before throwing them out and expected me to go into my trash and go back to the location for not a refund but to get another sandwich. Plus the manager hung up the phone on me. This location has gone from one of the best to one of the worst!!! NEVER going back there ever again! Plus I was interrogated by the counter staff to prove my identity when picking up the order. I as well don't appreciate staff talking about me in another language when I'm standing right there! I have no problem with other cultures but please I don't speak other languages and I find it extremely rude for staff to not speak English when I'm standing right there and they are clearly discussing me. Do yourself a favor and go to Mr. Sub down the street. The staff there have been helpful and courteous every time i go there and will be giving them my business moving forward. I will be contacting their head office to get my money refunded for this inedible order.

Read moreThe worst customer service I think I’ve ever received here and I’ve been coming here for years. I asked for a Turkey breast sub, which used to be the deli Turkey. I was given a Turkey breast & when I noticed, I confirmed with the person, and they said they have a NEW Turkey breast & the deli Turkey is now just called “Turkey”. So when I said to her, I don’t want the breast I meant the actual deli Turkey, she basically said “you said Turkey breast, that’s what it’s called and it already has cheese on it”. Basically insisting I buy it because she heated it up & put cheese on it. I explained I don’t want that, apologized and said I wasn’t aware they have a new Turkey breast sandwich. I politely asked her to change it and she said, if I didn’t want the breast she wasn’t going to accommodate and insisted, I had to eat that as she didn’t want to waste it. I said I wasn’t going to buy it, as I wouldn’t eat and was an innocent mistake. I’ve managed a food service restaurant for 4 years. You ALWAYS put the customer first. I ended up walking out disappointed, as if you have a new item that’s similar to the original subs, ask your customer what one they prefer. This is horrible customer service to push something and basically, turn away a service because you misunderstood what the customer wanted and I 100% won’t be returning. Read moreI recently ordered a Subway sandwich online with specific instructions, taking advantage of their “buy one, get one free” footlong offer. While I appreciated the deal, I was shocked by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff.
The order was incorrect, despite our paying for all the ingredients. After starting on one of the six-inch halves, my partner realized there was hardly anything in it—just plain bread with minimal fillings. When we brought this to the associate’s attention, we had to open the other sandwiches to verify the same issue. Instead of addressing the mistake, the associate accused us of “fabricating” the problem. Why would we go to the trouble of removing chicken or toppings ourselves just to complain? We’re not that petty, and it was offensive to be treated as if we were. If anyone was being cheap, it certainly wasn’t us.
On top of that, when we returned the sandwiches, the associate kept them instead of discarding them, which felt unprofessional and unsanitary. We received a refund, but this entire experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I am deeply upset about this experience. I was counting on this meal, and not only was it handled poorly, but I left hungry and frustrated. I am determined to make sure others know about the issues at this location. Until these problems are addressed, I would not recommend this...
