I wish there was a way to give them no star.....These guys do not make good food period.my 2 medium pizzas were so undercooked all I could say is the dough was not cooked, my chicken bites were the size of popcorn chicken from KFC and were hard as a rock, my chipit cookie was also hard as a rock, my cheesy bread sticks were also over cocked I've honestly never had this problem in my life with an order from any other restaurant..I paid $47 and some change and this is what I received....so I placed this order on Saturday evening and I called them back to get my food replaced and I got no answer on sat and on hold all evening waiting to talk with someone to have my food replaced but no one to answer my call....so Sunday I called a few times and once again sat on hold for close to an hour each call with no one coming on the phone. Monday once again waited on hold twice for about 45 mins-1 hr and no answer. I called the 3rd time Monday and finally got through to the manager at the store named David who actually took my order on Saturday and remembered me and I explained how my pizza came to me and how I've been trying to contact someone since Saturday night and finally got through to him right now and that I want my food that I paid for so he told me to call back the next day which is today Tuesday and he will replace my food so I waited for 3 days to have my food re-sent out too me and I called today and he said since I did not talk to anyone within 24 hrs I'm basically s**t out of luck and I called customer care again I sat on hold for 20 mins no one answered so I called The store back and asked for David and they hung up on me, I called back again and David is like yes what do u want I said I just viewed the reviews on your store and noticed that others had said worst service and worst food I told him I will make my review and he said go ahead like it doesn't affect them at all....so whatever happened to a customers rights? All I know if I did this to someone I would lose a lot of business or even my job....well Karma works in mysterious ways I'll never order from Pizza Hut again and I hope that people read my review before they place an order to see what I have experienced at this location and to simply order elsewhere, unless u wanna donate cash to Pizza Hut and throw out food that your not going to even feed...
Read moreI've ordered from this location a few times and it's hit or miss, but this time the order had automatically been set to carry out when I was ordering and I paid beforehand and it asked for a tip which I gave so I would never have assumed this was a carry out order if the website it asking for a tip! When we realized 15 minutes later thinking the food should be on its way and called the store just to change it to delivery the cashier wouldn't agree at first until we spent some time explaining we had no way of coming to get the order so we could not accept a pickup order, then said ok I we'll have to pay the delivery fee (of course) and then we wouldnt get the order for AT LEAST 30 minutes. This location is a 4 minute drive from our building. Because I can't drive there and get it myself I said to just cancel the order instead. They would not offer credit or budge on a refund which was incredibly frustrating and told us to call customer service and the number they provided was out of service and we could not find another number. So either lose our money and get nothing or wait until we receive an order that will be ice cold anyway and then pay the $5 delivery fee on top of it. In the end we just called American Customer Service and we're waiting on a callback. Very frustrating experience for customers that had been ordering frequently up...
Read moreI was extremely upset with their service last saturday. I don't usually write reviews but this has to be CHANGE. They UNKNOWINGLY gave my $50+ order to ANOTHER PERSON/S without asking for any proof of purchase from those particular individuals. Another customer from that store, noticed the hysterical laughter from those "so called" customers and told us that it's already been taken.Keeping in mind, my friend and i are two ladies that ordered the pizza, waited in our car for 20 mins, ordered from the same crew member that gave away the pizza and what upset me the most is that we saw the receipt on the floor outside. It may be an honest mistake on their side (crew members) but a simple verification like a PHONE NUMBER OR NAME would have been made the situation a little less worse. I appreciate the extra personal pizza but you guys REALLY NEED to change that. If another competitive pizza joint can ask for a verification for pickups, then you guys can do it too.
