This dairy Queen is terrible. Stopped getting burgers here cause they were repeatedly given to me cold and stale. Went in to today to get a 3 piece chicken strip basket, Siva made a huge fuss about me wanting chilli on the side even though any other time I get it from another cashier they never say anything about it being a problem. Then she wouldn't listen to Me asking how much it would be with the drink, she kept putting it in as two dollars but I had enough to cover it with the Combo price on the picture including tax after, she kept ringing it in as a different order for the drink. so I said to her "you're not listening to me, please listen." she then started yelling at me infront of the other cashier. I eventually asked her to calm down and that there is no reason to yell that I was just trying to explain that she wasn't listening to my drink order. She then slammed the money in the other cashier hand and went to the back to make the food. I then told the cashier that was now there that I just want my money back and that this was terrible service. No one apologized. Very rude and talking back time even though I was calm and was just trying to explain my drink order. Won't be coming back sad to say because I grew up going to this dairy Queen every since...
Read moreThe three workers that work on 11/01/2025 are rude and they lie ..I respectfully asked the cashier while cashing my purchase can I have a coupon the ones that come in the mail they normally will give u one.The cashier asked the tall white lady she said ask the other Indian (big) one she said to say the boss said the coupon is for skip and uber customers.Cashier came back she said no and repeated what I heard.i said I am a paying customer just as uber and skip I will like to have a coupon..No we can’t..This is why these businesses struggle to survive..be realistic to avoid me arguing just give one coupon card and that’s it..but u guys think that the walk-in customers are no body well all I can say i will keep my money in my pocket as it’s not valued in your store let the uber and skip ppl support your business..In business I have always learned and practice every customer is important..It all adds up at the end of the day..Customer service by these individuals showed that they are just their for a paycheque not to gain or keep customers..I regret to see that the reviews are true...
Read moreHorrible experience today. Ordered a Turtles with Pecans Blizzard in the drive through, and waited about 10 minutes before I got it due to the line up. The person at the window flipped it with the lid on (maybe because it had been sitting for a while, and would have all spilled out). There was no caramel inside, even though I asked and confirmed it comes with caramel. I went inside and waited at the side and 4 employees saw me and ignored me. I eventually got someone's attention and told her there was no caramel, and she said "yes there is, I made this". How does she know who's treat she made? I was in the car... Anyway, she argued with me and said "so you want extra caramel", and I told her no, I wanted caramel that should be in it. She argued and said again, "so, you want extra caramel". I said yes and just left. What an experience. Needless to say, it was all melted and gross. For over $15 for two blizzards, they won't be getting my business again.
