Went to the Cochrane location today to get 3 copies of a image I had on my USB. When I arrived to the print and copy area of the store there was an older man and younger man working. There was nobody in line and it seemed like they weren't busy because they were just small talking to each other. It took close to 5 min before they even acknowledged my existence to see what I wanted. When I asked that all I wanted was a quick print of my images, the older man gave me a pissed off look like my request was ridiculous. He then said it would take over an hour to get these printed for me. I said that's ridiculous because I've come in before and had the same job done in seconds. I then drove all the way to Country Hills location and the copy/print team there helped me instantly without any problems whatsoever. After reading reviews of the cochrane location it seems like I am not the only one that has had this problem with the older man working. Complete laziness, lack of respect towards a customer and refusing to complete simple tasks that he is being paid to do. What a joke, take your business...
Read moreI have to give this place a 1 star. They sell fedex services but actually aren’t trained or knowledgeable about anything to do with fedex. Staples Sold me shipping for a package , told me it would be there by a date . It didn’t get their by the date and apparently fedex doesn’t care about that because they’ve removed their commitment to deliver the level of service you expect from FedEx and don’t stand behind any shipping / delivery dates. I would not have shipped with fedex at the staples location if the staples employee was knowledgeable and or honest. I would’ve picked a different provider (I know there is one maybe even two more options besides fedex but none were offered) and so FYI for anyone going to ship with fedex from here - for the past 15 months fedex hasn’t been committed to getting your things their on time. Oh also my package that I sent out that was very valuable was valued at 0$ on my receipt… like what - literally the box it was in was worth more than 0 - what game are you...
Read moreTerrible customer service. I purchased an iPad 2 days ago and specifically asked for a 10th gen iPad with cellular connection. I asked the sales lady twice and she confirmed it was. When I got the iPad home and set it up I realized that it was not a cellular iPad but a wifi only. When I brought the tablet back to Staples they checked to see if they had any cellular iPads in stock and they did not. So they offered to refund the money but all of my data (photos etc) had been transferred to the iPad they sold me under false pretences. They offered no solution, so we walked out to solve the problem on our own. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place when making any purchase.
