I love this space. I was a student of a renter first and now am renting on a weekly basis. The dance studio is clean, has huge mirrors and dance barres on the back wall. The washroom is always clean and there is a waiting room with desk and storage. The stereo system has adapters for all types of phones so no matter what I can access my music easily. There is also a disco ball and backdrops available. There are all types of classes taught in this space, many you can find on EventBrite. I teach Showgirls dance for beginners and breathing workshops. The space is versatile and rental prices are great and right on the website so there are no surprises at all. Free parking on the street and a fairly nice studio, but there’s only one washroom available.

I go here for choir rehearsal almost every Saturday afternoon and the acoustics are great. Never practiced in the actual studio however.

Temperature isn’t the best. It’s always super hot in there during the summer and extra cold in the winter. Also there’s one restroom, so lineups can be brutal especially when there are a lot of us in the studio at...
