An amazing space full of good energy that radiates into its community of creatives. Kou fills the void Vancouver has with respect to its community art scene. The character of the building and it’s natural lighting make it a unique space for photography, social events, gallery space and more. I rented the Mezzanine for a disco party and it worked out perfectly. Kou's staff was easy to communicate with and responsive to all my questions. The space was easy to work with for set up and tear down and my guests were impressed with how nice it was. I would recommend hosting an event here without any...

Communication was really poor. The studio owner didn’t seem to care about rentals, and it took 24 to 48 hours to get a reply. And for my last 2 questions I didn’t get the reply at all. When we arrived, the studio was cold, and it took a while to warm up. Overall, very disappointed and...
