Our experience with Julia and her team left much to be desired. Initially, she was very friendly to secure us as clients, but as the process went on, unexpected charges started appearing—like fees for extended calls she initiated. At one point, I was even passed along to her associate, which wasn’t what I had signed up for, though I still covered all her expenses.

When there was a recent management change within our business, we wanted to make some minor structural adjustments. I reached out to her team, only to be informed by her associate that they were at capacity and couldn’t accommodate us. I politely followed up, explaining it was a simple request, but received no response. Out of curiosity, I later contacted their office under a different name and business, and they were immediately open to taking on new work.

It was disappointing, especially given my consistent payments and lack of issues despite the high charges. I feel like Julia was once more client-focused when she was smaller, but now, with her growth, her priorities seem to have shifted. I wish her and her team well, but I wouldn’t recommend her...
