I had made the decision to go with the NEW Mother's Day Breakfast Box being offered for Mother's Day.(Breakfast for 4 people).Spoke to a nice young lady who answered the phone and I was told that they didn't offer it. Called Head Office and they assured me they have it. I called to place my 2 orders for pickup for the next morning (Mother's Day). Made my drop off to mom #1..Mom #1 called shortly to say the eggs were not in the kit..drove back 10 minutes to pick them up.and was given 2 take out coffee for my troubles. Off to mom #2 waiting for breakfast kit. .Called shortly again..bread was already toasted. ...Cold and Dry. Called Head Office Monday morning..they called me back to apologize . Wednesday morning the same nice young lady from the store called me to apologize and I was told 'Have a nice day '..At $45.00 for 1 kit and $50.00 for the other kit I certainly was not pleased with the lack of service and unprofessionalism of their Head Office. Disappointed by Recent Changes in Management

As a long-time patron of this establishment since its inception, it saddens me to write this review. Recent changes in management have led to a decline in the overall experience. During our most recent visit, we ordered a sunshine panini, expecting it to be full of cheese as it usually is. When there was any to be found, we sent it back to the kitchen. However, to our dismay, the manager informed us that cheese was indeed present, albeit hidden in a corner. This felt like a deceptive tactic to cut costs, and it was a disappointing display of judgment on the manager's part.

Regrettably, this experience has led us to the decision not to return to this location. It's a shame because we have always appreciated the excellent staff members who have consistently provided exceptional service. However, the recent changes in management have overshadowed their efforts. We'll miss the familiar faces but cannot overlook the decline in quality and...
