The staff here are very lazy!!! Literally noone was doing anything except 1 girl was folding the men t-shirts in the front by the cash. I call all these Guess workers in there "floaters". My mother is a religious Guess List member and I believe has not been treated with respect from day 1 with these employees is why I am writing this review now because I experienced what she is saying now. So first off the manager is VERY unprofessional and answers every question with attitude.
1-- There is a girl standing in the shoe area refused to sell my sister a shoe that was the last one and on display and (this is understandable because some stores do not sell the display) BUT she did not even allow her to try the size on.... WHY? Noone knows!! Noone has an answer for us. But the girl in the shoes felt to walk behind us everywhere in the store waiting to hear if my sister would complain about her.
2-- I found some boys t-shirts and the entire thing said 30% off and the EMPLOYEE standing there reassured me that it was 30% off. When she did a price check and came back it was regular price and 1 was on sale I expressed that it did not make sense because the sign for the one that IS 30% is pointing to the wrong t-shirt in the first place!. The manager unimpressed came over and said "this one is regular and this one is $13" so when I showed her the sign PLUS reassured her what the employee said she completely brushed me off just spoke over me telling me the price, laughed about it and walked off. She did not honour the 30% off marked! She just kind of snickered at me.
3-- We asked for the duffle bag brand new from the back BECAUSE all 6 of the ones by the cash had dust all over it and I am allergic to dust and they said they had none BUT we came the next day and they put some out!!!???? How? They had no explantation for their actions.
POINT: The need to train staff better on manners, customer service and mathematical skills!! They need new management because clearly this girl just walks around with her nose in the sky for no particular reason! And they should consider a...

For entire store only one item in each size? No wonder, the sales in actual stores declining and people avoiding horible customer experiences, lineups and no merchandise available and rather...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at the Guess Store in Vaughan Mills. I went in to purchase a bag priced around $90, and there was a clear sign indicating a 25% discount in that section. However, when I went to the register, the final price did not reflect that discount.
When I asked the cashier about it, she responded rudely and dismissively. I then spoke to the store manager, Lindsy, hoping for better clarification, but unfortunately, her attitude was even worse. She did not look at us while we were speaking, kept talking to other staff members as if we weren't there, and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Only after several attempts did she finally mutter to another employee that the 25% discount only applied to a specific bag, which was never indicated on the signage.
No explanation was given as to why the signage was misleading, and Lindsy simply turned her back and walked away. It wasn't about the money it’s about the way customers are treated. I left the store feeling disrespected and frustrated. With that kind of service, I will never shop at Guess again, even if the...
