Harry Rosen Outlet — Local services in Vaughan

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Outlet By Harry Rosen with my family to buy a suit for my son’s graduation and was fortunate enough to receive outstanding assistance from Michael. From the moment we entered the store, Michael greeted us with a warm and genuine smile. His professional demeanor immediately put us at ease and created a welcoming atmosphere. He took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and the occasion for which we required the clothing. Michael’s ability to listen attentively and ask insightful questions demonstrated his dedication to providing personalized service. What impressed me the most about Michael was his deep knowledge of men's fashion. He has an impeccable sense of style and offered valuable suggestions and expert advice while considering our preferences. Michael’s keen attention to detail was evident as he meticulously assessed the fit of each item, ensuring that every piece complimented my son flawlessly. We were also visiting from out of town and Michael went the extra mile to ensure all necessary alterations were completed before returning home that evening. Terrible service and condescending. Some guy named Nick or whatever tried to help out. It was an older guy in suit. He might've been a manager or something. I'm not a suit specialist or anything, but I do have a working knowledge as to what to look for in suits. I know my size and different cuts that fit me.

He refers me to dark navy and grey suits and explained to me that they can pass off as black. I told him that I was looking for black. He asks me if I own any suits. I reiterate that I already have those colours and that I needed a black one. He then picks out a baggy, old man suit to me. I explain to him that I was looking for a slim cut (again).

I finally found a black one that might fit me. When I requested a shirt to wear with a suit, he cringes and grabs one of the shirts from the sale rack. When this suit didn't fit me well, I decided to look around the store for some more. He then suggests a bright blue suit. If I wanted to be dressed like a clown, I would've loved to gotten that suit. I guess he didn't hear me saying that I was looking for a BLACK suit.

I would rather pay extra couple hundred bucks and get my suits from a regular harry rosen store than go to this one again. It's embarrassing how terrible the service was. No wonder he works at an OUTLET mall, as opposed to...

The Outlet by Harry Rosen, and in particular this Vaughan Mills location, has quickly become one of my favourite shopping destinations for prestige menswear brands.

In comparison to the Heartland location, the assortments do vary slightly. In my personal opinion, the Vaughan location excels in casualwear, matches in sport jackets, suits and accessories, but carries a poorer selection of footwear. My last visit included purchasing two pairs of amazing Hestra gloves which I was eyeing at the mainline Harry Rosen in Square 1 just the previous year, but now at 80-90% off. Some of the deals here are so good that you know it's just clear-out inventory and they're making negative margin rates from moving product out the door.

I personally don't like to be bothered by associates because I know exactly what my tastes and pricing preferences are. With that said, the service here is excellent and associates will be as hands-on or hands-off with assistance as you desire. I was most recently helped by a gentleman (I believe his name was El?), and he was very professional.
