I went to buy a cheese slice yesterday. There was none on the slice tray. So I asked them if they have any cheese slice and the cook said the cheese slice is coming in 5 minutes. He is making fresh new slices. Then a girl came to me and asked me to pay. I was there to buy 1 slice only but just because the cook said fresh slice is coming I bought two. After I paid the money, the girl went to the station, took up two cheese slices and put it in the oven to heat it. So I asked her that the cook said you gonna give me fresh slice and that’s why I bought two slices. And then she showed me the slice cutting board and said it is fresh slice. Which I believed and left. After coming home, I opened the box and it was really dry, had not test and I can see the pattern of the tray on the back of the slice. I have worked by myself in pizza pizza for more than 3 years and I know it very well that when the slices stay on slice tray for long time then it makes the pattern on the back. Which means, she gave me really old slice by saying that it’s fresh. Also, my 3 year old eat that slice and then he started having really bad stomach ache and was crying a lot. That’s what made me put this review. I don’t leave in that area, I was just visiting the place other wise I would have go back to the store with my crying son to show them what they have done. This store should be shut down and specially the girl who lied should be fired right away and should not get work anywhere for playing with someone’s health. I wish I knew her name. Also, if you check all the reviews, most of them are bad. And I guess good reviews are fake posted by themselves only by creating fake ids. So shameful. I would give 0 star I I could. Read moreToday my husband and daughter went to this Pizza Pizza. We had went to a soccer game day before and won free pizza. As we try to use the code, the lady at the counter directed us to sign onto the app which we did and made an account. She mentioned that once you make the account you can scan code. After we made the account, the code didn't work. We were there trying for a while. Apparantly I learned that you have to scan the QR code day before from a friend. If the worker there would of have informed us, we wouldn't be needing to waste our time there creating account. Workers didn't seen to know the rules when they should. In the end we ordered 3 slices of pizza and waited only to ask them why is the pizza taking so long. We found out the lady forgot to take it out of oven and burnt all our pizza and the worst was she didnt apologize and had a bad attitude. Everytime you try to talk, she cuts you off with her hand gestures. ✋️ it took close to 40 mins there just to get 3 slices of pizza that wasnt even fresh and could tell they don't know how to make a descent pizza. Imagine toddler waiting there for that long. This is the worst pizza pizza customer service...
