This is the first time I’ve ever eaten at a fast food franchise that felt like fine dining. The management have kept an impeccable facility. The staff is friendly, caring, and no a thing or two about taking care of kids. This manager is unlike any I’ve ever seen in my life actually works just as hard as the employees and make sure the facility is clean. The food is fresh and tasty. I am so impressed with the experience at this facility that I am actually shocked. It’s a fast food facility for Asian food, me and my wife and family were very satisfied last night with the experience we had at Thai, Express, Vellore village. If you want fresh food and a clean facility with exceptional management and staff, this is the franchise to go to this is the location that I will go to from now on when I’m craving Thai food. Absolutely loved my experience at store! The food was incredibly delicious, packed with fresh flavors that truly stood out. I was especially impressed by the generous portion sizes and the amount of sauce, which was much better compared to other Thai restaurants I’ve tried. Everything was perfectly cooked, and the balance of spices was just right. The staff was friendly and quick with service, making the overall experience even better. My family and I have loved Thai Express for many years now but never have we all experienced a service like we did today. It was me my son and my parents and the taste and freshness was AAMAZING, and the friendliness was on point! We all enjoyed our lunch and left satisfied to say the least! I will be visiting this location ALWAYS now simply because the food and service left a very tasty and satisfying impression. Thank you especially to the younger gentleman who helped my mom and I when ordering-you were wonderful....
