PRIVATE ROOM SAUNA & COLD PLUNGE I was raised in Vernon and now live in a large city where there are many places like Cedar & Soak that I go to weekly due to health reasons therefore, I am very excited that Vernon now has a place where people can go to enjoy this great experience. The facility is welcoming, clean and well run. The staff are awesome and prices are great! Bonus, it is quiet. What a gem! I usually come to Vernon for weeks or months and I am very happy I can keep up my wellness routine while I am here.
