Went for an Indian head massage. It was anything but. The "massage" consisted of having a shower in peppermint oil this includes soaking my hair, root to tip, in oil as well and I have really long hair. It was so bad that my eyes wouldn't stop watering. Also at no point did I feel that I was recieving a massage as there was no actual massaging going on. I just wish the service was advertised for what it really is, an essential oil bath, as opposed to an Indian head massage which is what I really wanted. I also did provide feedback to the woman, at the time of service, of what i was looking for and still did not recieve the correct pressure/technique that would have been consistent with an Indian head massage. I have recieved Indian head massages in the past from other providers and this service was not anything close to what an Indian head massage is supposed to be. Dear vendor; Please update your service description of the head massage to what it actually is so others are also...

After being their customer for well over a year. They decided today that because their office has switched to a different app i needed to update my information. They sent me the forms before my appointment but I just thought it was my email reminder. I was on time for my appointment, but they told me I needed to fill out their new forms before my appointment. OK no problem. It took me two minutes. So they charged me an hour Massage, but I only got 50 minutes. I did the update to my health form in 2 min but took 8 minutes to get on the massage bed. I was shocked that my massage was exactly 50 minutes. I will find a more respectful place to have my business. I don’t need to be nickeled and dimed for an hour massage. Petty. Loooove Healing Garden!!! I've treated my mom to a pedicure for her birthday two times now. The first time was just before Covid, the last time was a week ago. She really liked the lady that did her pedi in 2020, so when I called to make our appt this week, I was told that that lady didn't do pedicures anymore, but they would see what they could do. My mom was thrilled to see the same lady, who somehow remembered us from 2 years prior. She was so sweet to my mom, and we had a really fun time. I REALLY wish I could remember her name!
