Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Vernon

Greeted nicely upon arrival and the food was delicious.

Their lack of service and attention to detail was the main issue. 3 issues at this location. For both the spicy chicken sandwiches we ordered, they didn't put a full leaf lettuce like at other locations. It was like they took 1 leaf and split it in half between the 2 sandwiches.

They also forgot to bring out our Onion rings. I had to remind them to make it. Once they made it and brought it out, they apologized and said "we brought you a medium size instead". However, the medium size onion rings was what we originally paid for, so I'm not sure what they meant by that.

They refused to give me a side of the spicy mayo sauce with the excuse, "I'm the manager, and I'm saying, we don't give it on the side" which doesn't make sense as I requested it when I initially ordered it and the person who took my order said they would give it to me. I've always requested spicy mayo sauce on the side at other locations and received it without any issues. The manager did not even offer to sell it.

Overall, The reason I'm giving a 3-star review is because over a total of perhaps $1-$2, they were stingy, and had lack of attention to detail when crafting the burgers as well as when...

Overcooked chicken, like it's been sitting in a warmer the whole time even though I was waiting 10 mins in line for it. Upgraded to a platter so I would expect maybe a little more fries than just a regular combo but I got the equivalent of a small McDonald's fries, again it's as if they were already fried and just sitting there for a while. 2nd side I got was mashed potatoes, cold, barely any gravy. It was $16 so I wasn't expecting much in the first place, you get what you pay for I guess🤷 Chicken could've used more spices or seasoning. Best part was the large drink, it was cold, rly fizzy and properly mixed (not too much water). I wouldn't mind waiting 10 min if I got fresh, hot and juicy chicken. I imagine they're just trying to get the orders out especially when busy, you have enough demand to just keep frying and frying so I have no idea why you would pre fry and let it sit/get cold and dry. Might try again in a couple months after they've hopefully settled in and figured out the issues, I know I'm not the only one that has had a not so amazing experience, for now I'll stick to Mary browns since their chicken is at least hot,...

We have gone through the drive thru 3 times and 3 times there has been food missing. So tonight when we seen food missing my husband phoned to complain. This time we were missing... 4 chicken tenders, 2 biscuits, and 4 fries. He used 2 coupons. They told him to come down and it would get straightened out. He went all the way back and they said sorry we could only use one coupon, he said ok fine but you if we paid full price for the other order then we are still missing food. He was told they could take his order again but to pay full price.. Wth!!! What he came home with was 2 dipping sauces that they forgot to give him earlier!
