This review is specifically for the lash lift and tint service. I’ve had 2 here and the first one was one of the best I’ve ever received over the years of getting this service at various places and the last one I had was the absolute worst. I noticed immediately that something was wrong so I went back to the salon to speak to the person who did it but I felt brushed off and was told that it would relax. It did not get better, in fact it got worse and continues to. I also tried to reach out online in hopes of some acknowledgment but the message was read and not replied to. As my first one had been so good I factored that into my rating along with their lack of customer service. I had also referred a friend for the service based on how good they previously did and hers isn’t much better, done on the same day so maybe it was an off day. I realize things happen but to disregard me and not respond at all has been the most frustrating for a service that’s just shy of $100. Overall, I’d say be aware the results here see to be inconsistent.
Edit: I always meant to come back here to edit this in case anyone else ever ends up in the pain I did and doesn't know that it can be easily fixed. My lashes were badly over processed to the point they were laying flat back against my lids. It was very painful and awful looking and continued to get worse. I had gone back in person, contacted online and called them the same and following day asking for help and was brushed off each time. Finally I ended up calling around town to other places to tell them what I was dealing with to see if anything could be done which it ends up it a relatively easy fix though I never should have had to pay another salon to fix the Beauty Bar's mistake. So just know if you ever get over processed it can be fixed essentially by reversing...
Read moreThe email I sent 2 weeks ago with no response: "Hi there,
I just wanted to inform you rather than leaving a review on Google. I got my lash extensions done with you in early May this year. That same day I noticed that the inside of my eyes were burnt. I saw a doctor and they said it was from UV exposure to my eyeball. I believe that the amount of UV light you use to cure the lash glue is dangerous and damaged my eye. I also noticed a swelling on my lower lid that is still here to this day. I have had my lashes done many times before but have never experienced this.
Overall I was happy with the results of the lashes themselves but it left my eye permanently damaged. I think it isn't a good practice to use that much UV light (it felt very hot on my eyes during the process). I also was not informed that a UV light was going to be used before the process began. I was also not given the choice of length of lashes, either.
Do what you will with this information but I think if you want returning customers some changes should be made.
Thank you for your...
Read moreHad my brows waxed by Lexi twice now. She is a true professional. I love her attention to detail, and my brows look amazing. I have enough brow for many different shapes and thickness- but I only once described what I wanted from her, a very manicured look with clean lines, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Other places I have them correct a few times to get them from a natural to very cleaned up look. Upon return she remembered me, asked me how I liked them and if she could do anything different. She was on time both visits. As long as Lexi is here, I will not be going anywhere else for brows. I highly...
