Sorry to say this was the worst service ever. We ordered the girl was friendly repeated our order back to us. But unfortunately the food received was not what we ordered.not even close. The lady in front of us waited longer and had to remind the staff what she had ordered and what her order was missing. Tables were not whipped down and the stack of dishes on the recycling counter was packed to the point if someone bumped the counter the dishes would have tumbled and broke. The establishment was not very busy at the time I was in Vernon on vacation and I must say the visit to this Tim Hortons was very upsetting to me. Not only did they get my order wrong and the lady in front of me order wrong. They seemed annoyed when confronted with such. Also after finally recieved the correct order I used the facilities. Womens washroom had no toilet paper . I went to the counter to ask for tissue to be replenished so I could use it. Took me 5 minutes to catch someone's eyes then I had to say excuse me 3 or 4 times to actually get her to come attend to me the customer. Once I explained there was no tissue to a girl who stood looking at me with just a glare. I said could you please refill it. She walked away for 5 minutes then came back litterly handed me the paper said thanks and she walk away. The lady behind me who was also waiting for the facilities looked at me and said " did she just ask you the customer to fill it." My reply was " No she just handed me the tissue said thanks and just walked away." I am very disappointed in the type of service from a Tim Hortons actually very discussed with the service and disrespect of a customer. Not sure if just an off day or what for the staff. But I felt disrespected and dismissed by the staff on July 14,2019. My husband who usually is mellow and sweet giving the benefit of a doubt well he was actually getting upset as well. Read moreNormally one of the better Tim Horton's locations in Vernon. Lately has not various regular menu items, and staff had made uninformed/false claims about "never having that item" over items previously available at this and EVERY Tim Horton's.
Sometimes (approx 1/3 of visits) staff are very pleasant and efficient. Other times they ignore what you're saying and repeat their questions in the order they want. Other times there's some obvious attitude. A little frustrating to say the least.
25Ave, or Anderson Way, are now the preferred locations in town.
Hopefully 2/5 franchisees in this town will continue to provide acceptable service!

I don't know why I keep coming back here, likely out of convenience. apparently there's only one good Tim Hortons left in Vernon the Okanagan landing location. After waiting 10 minutes in a line up of two people to place my order, then for seating to find out that staple items are removed from the menu at the fault of Tim Hortons corporate, I then waited 5 more minutes for my sandwich to be made. Read moreI had a very disappointing and concerning experience at Tim Hortons on 27th Street, Vernon. I ordered a large coffee with single sugar and double cream, a crispy chicken wrap, and an iced coffee. Instead of preparing it as requested, they gave me double sugar in my coffee.
When I pointed out the mistake, the staff were not willing to accept responsibility. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, they argued with me and told me they wouldn’t take any action against the person who made the mistake, even saying “do what you can do.”
This is not a small issue—due to the excess sugar, my blood sugar spiked and I began to feel unwell. For someone with health concerns, especially in a community like Vernon where many seniors live, this kind of negligence can put lives at risk.
It is unacceptable for a brand like Tim Hortons to have unqualified staff who are careless with customer health and unwilling to acknowledge mistakes. If this is the standard Tim Hortons plans to follow, the community should seriously reconsider supporting this location.
