We hired Chef Laura as a treat for our friends who had hosted us many times for weekend getaways from the mainland. Chef Laura was wonderful to chat with before the weekend, helping us pick a balanced menu that everyone in our group could eat. It’s not often that our menu is fully celiac-safe, dairy-free, and kid-approved!
