The service was great! I had ordered a draft and it was flat so i i order a different draft it was flat. So i i t a bottle it was good. Pretty hard to mess that up.i noticed draft being delivered to people. I could see it was all flat. Way over priced. I ordered french fries with Parmesan figuring it would have cheese melted on it. It was horrible. I think it had steak spice on it which tastes awful unless its its ef into meat.very salty. I didnt ask for salt. And the cheese was powdered and not much it was awful anyway. I couldnt believe it small bowl 8 bucks i think. And the chicken i i ordered had this burnt hard batter which tasted awfull i i w peeling it off. I was really hungry on my way to band practice so i just ate it anyway. Now its the next day i feel sick from it. As i sat there looking around the average age in there was anout 25 years old. Not old enough to know what good food tastes like or flat draft is. I noticed they where all packed into booths like sardines. Also the entrance is shared by the order and pick up food for the waitress. Customers walking in and out servers cutting in front and about a foot distance in most cases. I tjhought it would be good because it looked busy. It all came to just over 34 bucks. Unbelievable.its a block away from me.im 56 and i know the difference. If you have written a good review you must have been charmed by a good looking waitress and drunk.
So after i read your comment i had to shake my head for a couple days. I had said the service was great. You stated you did not concur after you looked into it. Did u mean concur in a humourous way? I had a great time. I always have fun starts when i wake up in the morning. Happy to be alive. So if this flat draught thin didnt happen Why did the server laugh when i sent the second one back.and i said if i wanted flat beer i would pour my empties together and drink it. So i ordered a Corona. Why did she take it to you i assumed for a price adjustment when i was paying. Then i assumed it was ypu who stood there and said thanks for coming in.i was impressed. Your lines are probably dirty or your CO2 isnt set right or both. As for the food it was awfull sorry i i nev lie. Same food in your photos. The chicken had no more then 3/8 inch of meat in the bigest part of the chicken. Its 85 percent bonrs and horrible dry Burnt batter.. And you your maskerading on the internet as the owner when your just the manager. Im very disappointed as othere readers may be. Also the seating at restaunt booths have to be 2 meters. Standard booths are 72 inches which is 6 feet which of coarse is 2 meters. The next people at a booth have to be 2 meters from that. The Good: -Our server was friendly, she was on top of the greeting, knowing the menu and drinks. -Wide selection of local craft beer. -Wide selection of food.
The Bad:
-Fruit flies everywhere (was told this was day 2 of opening) I'm sure they will take care of this. -No flights of beer that I could find, only one size of beer glass, no jugs listed, no off the menu tasters (3oz or similar to order),while our server got us several small tasters to try, would have been nice to be able to order more then a single sip to try something.
-Micro management from supervisors, not only did they frequently come over to the servers and comment and complain at them, they did it in ear shot of customers in the middle of the dinning room, seriously telling your servers to "get your priorities straight" loud enough that all the tables around look over is terrible management.
-Assistant staff/managers had that super fake customer service vibe. While our server did a great job on checking on us. The mangers would come over (literally 30 seconds after our server did) and then right in the middle of our tables conversation he would interrupt to check on us, but somehow couldn't be bothered to make eye contact or look at us...
