If you're on the lookout for a hotpot place that ticks all the boxes, Morals Village Hotpot in Winnipeg is definitely worth a visit. My family and I recently checked it out, and we were blown away by the amazing experience. First off, the menu is extensive, with tons of choices that cater to a wide range of taste preferences. We opted for the Schezuan hotpot, and it did not disappoint. The broth was rich and flavorful, and just the right level of spiciness to add that extra kick to the dish. But what really stood out for us was the communal experience of hotpot. It was the perfect way to bond as a family, sharing the meal and having fun together. And the service was top-notch - the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Overall, we left Morals Village Hotpot feeling more than satisfied with our meal and the experience as a whole. We're already planning our next visit, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotpot experience in Winnipeg!

1st time and probably last. 129$ before tip 3 people for two broth hot pot. Spice level 2 of five was too spicy for our taste. Items were unavailable, some for months Apparently. We didn’t get things we checked off and some things were crossed out as unavailable, never told us we had to figure out as we went. Slow service, never cleared away any raw trays. We tried a different place a mile away that was way better and way cheaper. This place most various meat balls had little to no flavour. I asked repeatedly for extra of one item I liked finally brought more, cold and undercooked and one piece was a half broken. Hint, Turn your pot so both sides boil helps cooking raw food. No cups for drinks they had to look for some. Utensils were in a mixed pile on a tray. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is definitely hotpot heaven 🔥🍲 Morals Village Hotpot completely exceeded my expectations. The array of fresh ingredients, from juicy meats to crisp vegetables, were all top-notch. And the broth were soooo flavorful and delicious, it elevated every bite to a new level. The best part? You get to customize your hotpot experience, from the type of broth to the seasonings you add. And let's not forget the ambiance - the warm and inviting atmosphere was the perfect backdrop for a great evening out with friends and family. If you're a fan of hotpot or just looking for a new dining experience, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

First time here and it was a BIG disappointment. Won't be back.

Went here with family and friends. It was me and my partners first time... they were having a 25% off AYCE hot pot promo. We primarily go to another place on Corydon and wanted to try them out.

Staff were welcoming, food came out in a timely manner but not a lot of staff came around to check on us during our meal.

Drinks/water came from an old self serve soda machine. Appetizers were all buffet style- ranged from seasame balls, dumplings, egg rolls and I believe Chinese donuts. It was OK, mostly tasteless.

Place wasn't as hygienic... empty food tubs and kitchen supplies sitting in the open. Plates, utensils and bowls were also out in the open and some of them were not even clean! We had to pick through them to make sure we got a clean one. The place also looked run down.

Not many options to choose from on their hot pot menu compared to other places we have been to. No variety and low quality food. We also didn't like any of the broth flavors.

Clean up staff came by regularly to remove empty dishes from our table.

** One thing that really disappointed us and another reason why we will not return: Our group paid one after the other and my partner paid for our meal. We assumed they would already apply their "25% off promo" since we are all from the same group and came for their AYCE promo. We didn't realize the promo was not applied to our bill until our group compared our bills at the end. We paid $109 (incl tip) for TWO people. We brought it up to what seemed like their manager and he was adamant about not honoring the "promo" because we didnt "show" the coupon to redeem. Really? He even assumed I was calling him a "scammer" when all I asked was if he could honor it because we ALL came here for the promo and are from the same group who just paid and got the promo. Nope. He kept insisting he couldn't do anything and said the same thing. Horrible... He said he would honor for it "next time" but we 100% will NEVER come back. It's a shame because as someone who's worked in food service, he handled the situation poorly because he could have easily let it go for us this one time and made our experience BETTER.

It's our fault for assuming, but we are still extremely disappointed with our first experience. I feel sick to my stomach that my partner paid for our overpriced meal that was not enjoyable...

The reviews speak for itself. It's OVERPRICED and not worth it in my honest opinion especially for what the place offers. It's run down, unsanitary, and offers limited food options, poor customer service.

They are getting a bunch of influencers to promote their place but I don't believe that will save them. They need to reconsider and change A LOT of things. I would not come back and prefer to go elsewhere....

Definitely not recommend going here at all. Theres three rounds of hotpot and on our second round, not only did it take an excruciatingly long time to receive some veggies, they already checked off the paper which meant that we were supposed to have the food we chose when all we got was the veggies. It took us a while of waiting before we finally went to find an employee and explain the situation and giving them the list of food we wanted. We were given the paper back and again, we had to wait a really long time but not before they food to another table right beside us (who arrived during us waiting) was given with double the portions that we received from our first round of food There was two of them and five of us. It also turns out that all the food we were supposed to have was given to the couple sitting right beside us. I also want to note that they not only already got their food and just started eating, but there was two of them and they got a whole lot of food to be receiving for their first round of food, which made me confused as to how the employees did not realise that. I am not blaming the couple but blaming the forgetful employees for giving the couple double the amount of food that we were given for the first round and giving our food we ordered to them. In addition, we were told they had run out of pork but the couple were given plenty of slices of pork. I also want to note that it was my sisters birthday today and all we were offered for the inconvenience was a 20% discount when all we ate was a third of what we were gonna eat in the first place and and a few pieces bakery items (which we didn’t take cause all we wanted was our food) for my sisters basically ruined birthday. In the end, after we waited way too long, we still had to pay over 150$ worth of food we didn’t eat and had the worst experience with the service and restaurant. Overall, food and atmosphere was ruined because it was overshadowed by the forgetfulness of the employees, the hour long wait for food we didn’t receive, and horrible service...

It was chaotic and not in a good way. You serve yourself to pop. No problem with that but oddly the cups where not by the drinks machines. There are dirty plate storage carts beside clean ones. The clean ones are self serve like the drinking cups, bowls for your sauces and utensils. Which were not very clean. I had to rummage through a few to make sure no food was caked on. Lets move on to the food. We were given a menu. Its all you can eat. Choose a soup base, many types, priced accordingly. Unfortunately the 2 we chose were very bland. Mine tasted like salted water, by partners was better but still bland. Make your sauce from sauce bar. We are tenured hot pot people so we know what we like. But they should consider those who are new to it and post suggestions. Choose food to cook. Each item has 3 columns. I check our choice items in the 1st column. Meats, some seafood, noodles and veggies. The meat comes a good 10min while we didn't even get our soup pots yet. Then the other items arrive. Many items are missing from my list although they've crossed it off. And some item have shown up which I did not order. which is fine as I figured I'll just add to the second round. Easier said than done. I fill the paper in the second column. We wait. We get 3 out of 9 items I selected. They bring the sheet back and everything is crossed off. As though we've received the items. We wait still expecting it to come. Nope. At this point I'm full from waiting. So we leave. Some servers where alright but others horrible. When asking for something as simple as a new pair of chopsticks we were given blanks stares. Had to point out it was dirty before the girl would go change them. Again the table beside asked 4 times for a new set of chopsticks as someone dropped thiers. It should not be that difficult. It was overall a...
