Wetzel's Pretzels — Local services in Winnipeg

This is literally the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a review, but the service here was that bad. The food was actually good, but the customer service was terrible. The asian girl with dark hair and glasses was incredibly rude to me. Her attitude came off as racist, and it completely ruined my meal. The restaurant looked busy, but instead of working, the staff were standing around talking, laughing, and not paying attention to customers at all. It’s unbelievable how unprofessional they were. Not fresh, no flavour. Ordered the Wetzel Bitz and asked the counter if that comes with butter and salt similar to a classic pretzel. They said yes, but what I got was plain dough. No salt, and if there was butter I couldn't tell.
