Really disappointing. I was part of a wedding party who chose this salon for our hair and makeup. The staff was snippy with us over little things, completely rushed through us as if we were an inconvenience, and it was very clear that none of these hair stylists should be doing makeup. We were polite about it but after we left, every single bridesmaid took off the makeup they paid for and re-did it themselves. (And looked WAY better). For the fees they charged, they didn't even contour, highlight, or use ANY setting powder/spray. For a wedding party! For the entire day! My own makeup was cakey and separating by the time we left the place. I re-did it in the car. They didn't care at all about our experience - one of the girls bragged to us about being super quick with wedding parties because they did so many. Uh, cool? We could see their customer service improve with the customers coming in after us. Really amateur, definitely find a more professional salon...

Support a different local small business. Unfortunately from ownership to the majority of the staff customer service, comfort, and knowledge are lacking. I have never received such poor service from a spa setting - specifically courtesy of the owner. Just rude and obviously irritated by my inquiries and the fact that I didn’t just know all the before and after care. I felt uncomfortable and disappointed enough to reschedule all my maintenance appointments elsewhere after wanting to come to Country Comfort for multiple different on going treatments. I went in for a lift and tint the lady who help was great explained everything step by step even told me there was no point in doing a tint as I have very dark lashes, super helpful and saved me money!! Unfortunately she didn't carry on the same kind of service with the person I went with. Didn't explain the process or mention until after it started to burn that it was normal and waited until the appointment was done to tell her that her tint didn't really work cause she is a natural red head and that is a known issues.
