Woodstock Art Gallery — Attraction in Woodstock

I’ve given the art gallery a 4 star rating simply because only the ground floor was open. The other floors were closed. There’s no entrance fee as such but you can donate whatever amount you like. The gallery has a permanent collection of local artist Florence Carlyle which is truly impressive. I’m not an artist nor an expert but her use of colour to show light is amazing. I’ve went into the art gallery countless amounts of times. Every time I enter the building the staff at the desk are very friendly and greet you with a smile. I love that the gallery is free to roam and enjoy at your own pace. They are constantly changing it up so it’s always something different each and every time you go. I remember going here as a kid for field trips multiple times and always enjoyed it...

What a fabulous little gem of a gallery! The staff were friendly, informative, and welcoming. We were fortunate enough to visit on the opening day of the Warner Brothers Cartoon exhibit.
