Had an excellent time here. We happened to come around 1:30 when it opened and there was a short lineup for the cafe already. When we left two hours later, the cafe staff were asking ppl who showed up at the door if they had reservations, so if you’re coming after 1:30, it’s something to consider.
As a cat owner myself, I was confident that the cats were well looked after. Their fur was well groomed and none of them seemed to have any behavioural problems. My only criticism was that the cafe seemed short-staffed. All of the staff were busy taking orders or coming out with drinks, that they didn’t notice when the customers were picking up the cats when they weren’t supposed to. I say this strictly from the cats well-being, because some of them were clearly annoyed at being picked up and no staff had eyes on the cats to interject.
Also, I ordered my tea within the first 15 minutes of sitting down and I didn’t get it until the next hour. Did they have to go to the top of a mountain to pluck the tea leaves off the tree? Also note that I think any food you order comes from another restaurant. You’ll be waiting a while for the delivery guy from that other restaurant to come with your food.
All in all a great experience. Would...
Read moreThe amount of cats you would expect this place to smell or full of hair. This isn't the case at all. It's the complete opposite.
From the entrance instructions. To changing to their slippers. The amount of attention they have for their cats and place is #1.
I didn't get a chance to try other services. So my review is solely on appearance and cleanliness.
I'm not a cat person but my daughter is. 1 hour went by so fast. If we had time. I would stay for another hour. Very relaxing with cushions, restroom and books to read.
The cats are either lazy or very use to human around them. They are very calm. I pet a few cats. None of them react in any bad manner.
My guess is the cats enjoy their snacks during opening hours. After a few hours, they are full and gets sleepy. Need to plan what time is best.
Overall this is my first cat cafe experience. It did not disappoint. I would revisit...
Read moreI have been here before and a cat bit me. 🫤 Was very disappointed last time.... Decided to give a second try since I heard it moved to a new place and many people were going. They let me in even though I didn't buy tickets. So nice!!! The cats were so cute and didn't bite😀 😍 The food took time but tasted pretty good❗❗❗ ( A lot better than before) You can also feed the cats but you have to finish your meal. Sometimes they put people before you if they get there first. You will have to wait for them to finish their meal and feed the cats. Waited 2 turns but luckily it didn't take too long :) The cats climb onto you, they might use their claws... (It doesn't hurt since they do it very lightly) The renovations were nice ❗❗❗
$58 dollars per person~ (1 hour) Come if you like...
