Absolutely the worst steak I've EVER eaten. I ordered the T-bone meal that comes with soup and a drink. The price was decent for a fairly large portion; however, that was the only good thing about the meal. The meat came out looking like a big pork chop. Absolutely no color or resemblance to a normal cooked hunk of beef. No sear whatsoever and very much unappetizing. It looked exactly like how I imagine a boiled steak would appear. The meat itself was thin and overcooked. I asked for the steak to be cooked rare and somehow received something above well-done. As for the taste, it was not necessarily bad... just not anything like how a STEAK should taste like. I feel like this unknown chef had a grudge against me and cooked purposely terrible out of spite. So, if they must call it a steak, then it truly is the worst. I ate maybe 5 bites before calling it quits. The best part about eating it, was that I got to eat the soup, which was actually fairly good. The soup being the only reason I have given two stars. Below the steak were an assortment of small previously frozen vegetables and potatoes. The veggies were dry and tasteless and the potatoes were a soggy oily mess. Please take my advice and order the chicken or practically anything else besides their "steaks".
Besides the food, the staff was decent. The handkerchiefs given were filled with holes. The seating was slightly cramped if you're near the middle tables. Also, there was a strange musty smell, like someone was carrying trash through the restaurant back and forth. In conclusion, I would recommend going to a different location for...

鐵板黑椒牛柳餐 ($170) Sizzle sizzle the second the black pepper sauce is poured onto the tenderloin 😍 Serves up medium cooked! Light pink all the way through! The chips and the veggies on the side are a wonderful pairing for such a massive cut of beef!
鐵板極品牛柳粒 ($108) Now you don’t get the sizzle for this dish, but each cube is suuuuuper tender! At Salami, you always get the tomato spaghetti!
周打魚湯 Always get the white soup! The saltine cracker in the middle, definitely a local flavour! Butter up the bread then dip it in the soup for that beautiful fusion!
Chocolate Ice Cream To end the meal is a solid ball of ice cream! It’s your regular Dairy Farm ice cream, but always a wonderful treat...
Read moreFirst impression through the door was the owner (or could just be a staff) is very pushy ordering visitors around in a rude manner. The people in front wanted the downstairs table and the 'owner' ordered them to walk up the stairs and stand there and then a second later orders them to come down (apparently standing on the stairs is the proper way to queue so he must have them stand there first even though the table they wanted was already free).
Everyone is having hotplate steak here making the place very smokey. The whole place is stuck in a time 30 40 years ago or however long they've been opened (and not in a good classic kind of way). For example our napkins that we can use to prevent the splashes from the sauce had got so many holes in it.
I picked their special at the top but was really disappointed it came on a normal plate whereas everyone else was sizzling all around me on. The sundae that came with it was just 2 scoops of icecream on those really old metal icecream bowl. To be fair the steak was OK but just OK. Won't be...
