Olio — Restaurant in Carmen

I have been there a couple of times. During the day it’s great the bartender is very attentive and makes you feel immediately comfortable. Unfortunately, at night the manager is bartending and is the opposite. Very rude. Makes you feel like you’re not unwelcome but unwanted and every he does he acts like it’s a hassle to serve me. He talked with his personal friend at the bar the whole time. He also up charged me when I asked for a substitution and he said yes. Then the bill came and I questioned it and he waived his hand away like whatever. For a place with a great atmosphere and great food the owner deserves better management and service to his customers. After a performance at Teatro Eugene O'Neill last night, we (two friends and I) wanted tapas. We found Olio, a tapas restaurant, on Google Maps and had a nice walk there. Olio is interesting, the space divided into several individual rooms, each decorated differently with distinctive artwork. Service? Food is very tasty. Sangria is good. Nice environment for a date or groups of friends who want to talk and listen to each other. We had an issue with the system so the bill took too much. Besides one of the waitress was extremely rude even though it was their mistake.
