This apartment is pure perfection . Located in the centre of Zadar and the old town can be be reached by foot in 2 minutes across the bridge. Comfortable, clean this apartment has much attention to detail with the design and interior. The bed is very comfortable and if you love a good shower this one will not disappoint. The bathtub is a special treat if you want to soak up your tired feet from a day sightseeing , overlooking with one of the best views in Zadar, the watchtower. The kitchenette is incredibly equipped for its size, it has just about everything . A Nespresso Machine if you need as well. . Bakeries , mini supermarkets are a footprint away . 10 min walk from the central bus station. Walking distance to Borik and places to swim and sunbathe in summer .Additionally the owner & hosts are extremely accommodating and are loaded with local suggestions for day trips and eateries. Apartment was nice and close to old town pedestrian bridge but it was on ground floor and someone tried to break in through a window at 5.30am on our 2nd night . They lifted the window shutters and tried to open windows. My wife did not feel safe here and would not stay again because of our experience. Perhaps better security measures on window shutters ..?The building is old and the main entrance is run down and plaster crumbling off the wall. The apartment,however was clean and cosy and well designed and perfect for 2 with a shop just 30mtres away and late night cafe,bar and pizza/ burger within...

The appartment is great, modern, situated in a great place. The interior is just great, the bed is placed on the gallery, and it's a great idea, same as the bath in the living room. The kitchen is great and very usefull... Kika and the owner were very fun and great people. The only fact we didn't like was the noise coming from the app above...the floor was very very squeaky and the neighbors footsteps were very loud...it was impossible to rest or sleep there...so overall we had to cancel the reservation and find another app...
