Bistro Pizzeria "Stil" - Zadar — Restaurant in Grad Zadar

This establishment-a place for future learning- always reminds me to look at individual reviews, not just the overall rating. The waitress had to re-ask what we ordered (even though it was only two dishes and she didn't remember them), but that's okay, not a big problem, as we ordered in English and perhaps she doesn't know the language. The wait wasn't too long. The restroom was dirty—napkins scattered on the floor and water drops everywhere. It felt like my hands weren't any cleaner after I came to wash them 🥲. As for the food, it wasn't tasty. The only positive was that they didn't skimp on the seafood, and that's the only thing that saved the dinner. We ordered salmon and seafood pasta and seafood risotto. The pasta was terrible—there was barely any sauce, only three small pieces of fish, but plenty of shrimp. However, the pasta itself was undercooked. I left half of it on the plate because it tasted like it had been cooked for 3 minutes instead of 10. The risotto was also very bad—the rice was raw and dry. In conclusion, the food is not worth the money. Dinner was ruined, and so...

Had dinner here twice during our stay in Zadar/Borik. My girlfriend had the Gnocchi the first time and the Lasagne with Vegetables the second time . Large portion of Gnocchi which she couldnt quite finish but was very nice and the Lasagne was her favorite. Fresh with grilled vegetables and a perfect portion. Had the mixed grill myself the first time and the chopped steak the second time. The chopped steak wasnt what I had in mind but was very nice also. Prices are very reasonable, portion sizes are good and the service was excellent.in our oppinion the waiter was very friendly, wait time was reasonable and we would definitely come back. Best pizza ever! It was late 10pm and we had not eaten all day. This place was great. It took about 10 minutes for the pizza and it was WONDERFUL! The price was excellent (less then $10 US dollars for a pizza and bottled water for two people) and our waiter could not be more friendly. He was very patient with our lack of Croatian and helped us with his English. It was so great that we went back the next night. I had cordon blue and fries- they were perfect! My wife had cheesy gnocchi, which she also really enjoyed. If we were staying a third night we would go back again. We liked this place very much. Thank you Mr. waiter,...
