Hey! That its very bad... First, we wanna founded something near with water and we found this restaurant. when you see pictures - I thinking that very nice. its is BUT!!! we coming like in 14:00. Not a lot of people. Waiters together stay near with a bar and talking. its not look like they busy. we have table near with bar. but we tell to our waiter - we wanna sit near with a water. but they say no. and after 3 hour not comets table near with water. cause they just don't wanna go to you. this is so far away. you wanna ask me why you write this feedback if you sitted 3 hours. I say to you! we made an order (2 medallion, 1 fries and 2 glasses of wine) our waiter write this. and we start waiting our order. first they give to us glasses and we start waiting our food. we was very hungry. and I know, when you order meat you need waiting like 30-45 minutes for cooking. soooo our 45 minutes end. and ending 1 hour. and we start looking for someone, but nobody was near with us. and after 1 hour and 15 minutes to us come waiter and say "oh, sorry our chefs don't have your order. this chef didn't come to they" sure waiter just don't do this. and we waiting something. I don't know what. and we start waiting again. and our waiter never come back to us. so after this we have random waiters))) and when we finally after 2 hours waiting have a food (1 this medallion very strange like 3 little pieces of meet like Ukrainian shashlyk) and we say "thanks, and pomes?" they forgot we order 1 pomes :) so our waiter completely don't make check for our order. and we wanna it medallion with pomes. so we start waiting pomes. of course our meat start be cold) and after 20 minutes we have our pomes. after 2 hour and 30 minutes we have al from our order. ha-ha and I start think, maybe, they say sorry or something do. like normal apology. ha-ha no. and when we finish our lunch. surprise our water coming. and we asking for check and when we give a money. I give with a cent. because I don't like totally this restaurant. he said 5 minutes. cause he think we give to him tips. but of course we don't do this. he understand and after didn't come to us. don't say goodbye. NOTHING. and this is it. N O T H I N G reason for you coming in this...
Read moreTrying to make it short but I just can’t.
You can make reservations for table via web form but you can’t make reservations for their daily “supper lunch” (that they advertise at their webpage) through that reservation form. And it says at their webpage that after filling reservations through web form (where you leave your email and phone number) they’ll contact you and sort out details of reservation.
Didn’t get any contact except automatic reply in my mail that my reservation was acknowledged and we’re expected (later found out that manager wrote “see you soon”). No questions asked or phone calls. And when I got there they said “super lunches” were gone and I didn’t make reservations for those meals (said waiter). Talked to the manager who said I didn’t make reservations for meals (just for the table) and when I said where was I supposed to make reservations for “super lunch” he said that I didn’t request (made reservations for) those lunches. Asked again where was I supposed to mention that I wanted those “super lunches” he said NOT in web form for reservations although there is a field for Special Remarks where I could have mentioned for “special lunches”. He was trying to get himself out of embarrassing situation. So is it possible to make reservations or not is not clear.
And after I said I’ll leave bad review for restaurant he said that such reviews from clients like me doesn’t matter. I was polite and not making noise or anything but I could have done that but went nice and easy just because our waiter was polite. But manager (or whoever that fat/big guy was, with pierced tongue) wasn’t accepting that there could have been misunderstanding.
Waiter, on our leaving the restaurant, apologized and said I was (partially) right.
That’s my side of story and not pleasant one. Thanks for the reading this and hope you have better experience than my...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at the Harbour Cookhouse, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. One of their standout dishes, the "Harbour Premium Dry Aged Burger," left me thoroughly impressed. Although the price initially seemed a bit high, the quality and flavor of the burger made it entirely worthwhile.
The first thing that caught my attention was the incredible taste of the burger. Each bite was bursting with succulent flavors, showcasing the exceptional quality of the dry-aged beef used. The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and incredibly tender. It was evident that great care was taken in sourcing top-notch ingredients.
What truly elevated the burger was the delectable sauce accompanying it. The sauce added a wonderful balance of tanginess and creaminess, complementing the flavors of the patty flawlessly. It enhanced the overall taste and made the burger truly memorable.
In addition to the outstanding food, the restaurant's waterfront location added to the overall ambiance and dining experience. The scenic view of the harbor provided a tranquil and picturesque backdrop, enhancing the enjoyment of the meal. It was a refreshing change to savor such delectable food while enjoying the calming sights of the water.
While it is true that the price of the Harbour Premium Dry Aged Burger may seem slightly higher than average, the exceptional taste and quality justify the cost. This is the kind of burger that is worth splurging on for a special occasion or when craving an unforgettable culinary experience.
Overall, the Harbour Cookhouse left a lasting impression on me. The impeccable flavor of the Harbour Premium Dry Aged Burger, combined with the delightful waterfront location, made for an exceptional dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable meal in a...
