Now in Croatia, Roman built town/city called Zadar. History abounds to the days of the the Apostles travels. A nice, spacious place, has cultural value, with the church and the Museum of Antique glass, where currently a book sale (4.2021.) is being held. A good choice for a nice afternoon coffee on your way to exploring the peninsula, since the street from Branimir's bridge leads right to it.
